Welcome to UrTeam! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Irbis Tech s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office in Prague (“UrTeam”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the UrTeam mobile and web applications, websites, services, and related software (collectively, the “Service”). UrTeam provides a digital platform that enables users to create and join teams, organize and participate in events, and communicate with others through messaging and shared content. We may update, improve, or change the Service from time to time without prior notice. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms incorporate by reference and work together with the following additional policies, which form part of your agreement with us: Privacy Policy – explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Community Guidelines – set out the rules of conduct for all UrTeam users. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 19 (“Changes to Terms”). Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least sixteen years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and such parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. In order to access certain features of the Service, you are required to register for an account, either directly through UrTeam or by using a third-party login provider such as Apple, Google, or Facebook. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. UrTeam is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account or password. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] . You may maintain only one personal account unless we provide prior written consent. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any related rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Community Guidelines, provided false or misleading information, created risk or legal exposure for UrTeam or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
You own, or otherwise must have the rights necessary to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms, any information, data, text, images, graphics, photographs, messages, posts, or other materials that you create, upload, share, or otherwise make available in connection with the Service (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted. Team names, event descriptions, messages, avatars, and other materials that you submit through UrTeam constitute Content for purposes of these Terms. By making Content available through the Service, you grant UrTeam a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display such Content, and any name, username, or likeness provided in connection with such Content, in all media formats and channels now known or later developed, without compensation to you. This license is limited to the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service, and it ends when you delete your Content or your account, except to the extent that your Content has already been shared with others and they have not deleted it. You agree that UrTeam is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any Content posted on or transmitted through the Service. If your Content violates these Terms or applicable law, you may bear legal responsibility for that Content. As between you and UrTeam, any Content you make available will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of such Content, except as provided in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that your relationship with UrTeam is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that your decision to submit Content does not place UrTeam in a position that is any different from the position of any other member of the public with regard to your Content. The Service is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any portion of the Service, any use of the Service, or access to Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the rights to submit the Content you make available on or through the Service; (ii) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Service does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights; and (iii) you agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed as a result of Content you post on or through the Service.
By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described. You may withdraw consent at any time in your account settings, which may affect your ability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
