Welcome to UrTeam! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UrTeam mobile and web applications ("App", "Service") provided by Irbis tech s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using UrTeam, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use UrTeam. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

UrTeam allows users to:

• Create and join groups ("teams")
• Create, discover, and participate in public or private events
• Chat with other users via text messages
• Share user-generated content such as team and event avatars, descriptions, and messages

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display on UrTeam.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use UrTeam for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not upload viruses or malicious code.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect email, username, avatar, and password for account creation and personalization.
• We may use your data for analytics and marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We use Google Firebase for notifications and may use other third-party services for analytics.
• Your data is stored on servers hosted by Microsoft Azure; server locations may vary.
• Passwords are securely stored using industry-standard encryption and authentication frameworks.
• All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
• You may withdraw consent or request data deletion via your account settings.

7. Consent

By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described. You may withdraw consent at any time in your account settings, which may affect your ability to use the Service.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of UrTeam, including user-generated content or third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
